Well, if it's pure speculation, first I'd say Kennedy
will probably be dead (of old age if no one else gets
him first).  Second I'm guessing in 20-25 years
Chicago returns (think Akira).  Also it will be
discovered that extra-dimensional aliens (or demons)
are responsible for Delta (and the now returned
Alpha's) powers, so now demons/aliens will walk the
earth (think Earth: Final Conflict).  Best suggestion
though, watch Batman Beyond for some ideas of what the
world might be like.  If nothing else it will be
zanier then the present world.
