Just some ideas:


Fly like a butterfly, sting like a bee- Sometimes when
you start fighting you just get into the 'swing' of
things.  For each extra success in a HtH dodge or
attack get a +2 to your next action if it is a dodge
or attack.

... well, I was also trying to think of an improv
weapon trick, like Jackie Chan, but then I see Jackie
more as a bouncer than a scrapper...

Maybe there could be 'clustered' tricks.  Instead of
having tricks limited to a power package or available
for all, allow a few power packages to use the same
trick.  Bouncers, scrappers, and toughs would share
some 'clustered' tricks (while also maintaining their
own original tricks).
