Marshal Stone is correct...there's no need to clutter the lists with
responses to my CG questions unless you have a question or comment that you
feel needs to be aired publicly. Feel free to send others directly to me at

And in answer to Stone's question, yes I do still plan to make everything
available on the Net for download. I just wanted to offer the CD option to
those who can't or won't want to download such a large set fo files.
