[BNW] New type of Delta: The Jack.

This power package first appeared among the Nazis during world war II.
There, they were known as the Ubermensch. The first American to express it
was a guy known as Jack, and that name stuck, both as a legacy of Jack, and
as shorthand for Jack of all trades.


Powers
Sound mind, Sound body: Jacks receive a +1 bonus to all Smarts, Spirit, and
Speed, and a +2 bonus to strength.

Quirks
Beautiful: Jacks <and Jills> are universally attractive.

Tricks:
There are no tricks associated with Jacks in particular. Of the standard
tricks, they DO tend to have both Fast Learner and The Natural, however.
