It's actually, IMHO, a bit of a disadvantage, seeing as the standard Blaster can
blast from both his hands simultaneously, thus giving him/her the ability to attack
two separate targets at once.
(And yes, I know that you can do that anyway using burst fire, but that's more
limited)

I'd say that changing the source of the blasts to the eyes (or chest, or groin, or
nostrils ;-) might give you one or two points extra...

But maybe I'm just being too nice.
