Yeah, exactly.  I thought of something else - what about a PC can buy a
'Stunt' for 5 points, *OR* he can do them without buying the stunt by
expending a Delta Point.  So if a PC really likes a particular Stunt, he
can pay the Experience, or if he needs it (at a particular time) and
doesn't have it, he can just pay a point. 

Whatcha think??

*** Power Stunt for Blaster-

Light 'Em Up: With this stunt, the Blaster can summon and containt their
blaster energy into a glowing sphere.  This sphere can shed light in 10'
radius, and will persist as long as the Blaster concentrates. Good for
those times when you're hiding from Delta Prime in the sewers, and you
forgot a flashlight...
