Hmmm, maybe I *still* don't know how to do damage! =)

The way I understand it is this:  Let's say you are a blaster, and you hit
someone in the head.  You do 7d6+10.  Here are the results: 2,4,5,3,6,6,6.
I reroll the 3 sixes, and get 3,4,5.  From what I understand, the damage
done is 11 points plus the 10, for 21 points of damage.  Divided by 5 (for
size) means 4 wounds to the head.  The damage is *not* 54.

Any comments out there about this?
