Hmmm... In the admittedly few games I've run, I've found it somewhat hard
to kill people outright.  You sort of have to work at it! Unless this
person had incredible dice luck (bad luck?), it may be possible that you
may be doing damage incorrectly.  I say that because when I first started
BNW, I was doing it wrong myself.  I forgot to take into account a
defenders HTH skill, and I *added* together damage dice, as opposed to
getting the highest value.  People die quickly that way. =)
