I myself would make it wee bit tougher for that to happen. The
consequences of having your pants down around your ankles (I'm thinking
major Pace penalty, perhaps a Speed penalty as well) can be quite
detrimental. I'm thinking a regular attack roll against the foe, with a
small penalty for 'attacking' a specific spot on the target. Then the
opposed STR roll should be based upon what type of pants the target is
wearing. It is *very* hard to pants someone who is wearing jeans with a
belt (ahem, not that I've tried). Someone with tights on should be much
easier. Hmm, if I had to be pushed to the wall, I'm thinking a target
number of 10 for jeans/belt, and maybe 6 for tights.

I'm not *entirely* happy with the hit location roll. 1 - 6 seems to not
take into account alot of factors, i.e. when most people fire an energy
blast at someone (I do it all the time, don't laugh!) they normally will
aim for the upper body. Hmmm, I think I may have to tinker with the hit
location chart, perhaps have it use a 2-12 range, and have a small table of
modifiers...

Well, I'd give the target of the trip a chance to catch himself, i.e. a SPD
roll against a target number (7, perhaps?). If he fails that, then have
him do the stun check to avoid being stunned (or damage, if they happen to
trip into a pile of broken glass!).
