Ah, that was the information I couldn't quite put my brain around.
Perhaps the Deltas have an extra gene group, called, oh, I dunno, the
Delta Helix Structure or something, that "normies" don't have, thus (in
comic book logic) giving them their extra powers.
<shrug> Just a thought.
